Ms. Gormley joined TPG Consulting in 2000. While at TPG Consulting, Ms. Gormley has been actively involved in the preparation of Traffic Impact Studies and Evaluations, as well as the preparation of a hazardous materials assessment, grant writing, and bus route options study. She also assists with the collection of field data used in the various traffic assessments, and traffic surveys and analyses. Ms. Gormley has been involved in the preparation of Traffic Impact Studies and evaluations for a variety of projects including: Redevelopment Plans, Residential Developments, Commercial/Industrial Developments, Churches, and California Energy Commission (CEC) Applications for Certification (AFC). Ms. Gormley has prepared 5311, Local Assistance and CMAQ grants for the City of Tulare and the City of Porterville. She has attended seminars dealing with the fundamental of the 2000 Highway Capacity Manual and associated software and the Synchro /Sim Traffic software and regularly attends grant workshops.
