Mr. Solorio joined TPG Consulting after working with the Department of Corrections for 4½ years. Mr. Solorio brings to the firm his expertise in creative design using state of the art graphics programs to create presentation boards, brochures, and proposal/project-related graphics.
Mr. Solorio is proficient in Mac and PC platforms, and also a variety of applications such as the latest versions of Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, FrontPage, CorelDRAW, PowerPoint and Acrobat. Mr. Solorio is responsible for all technical graphics for Traffic Impact Studies, Environmental Impact Reports and Project Study Reports. In addition, he also coordinates the creation of presentation materials for public meetings and litigation cases. Mr. Solorio has completed PowerPoint presentations for several proposals and is presently responsible for the design and maintenance of the company web site. Mr. Solorio has designed bus route brochures for transit services for both the City of Tulare and the City of Porterville. In addition, he also monitors the printing production schedules, proof checks the graphics, layout updates and distribution. In addition, he recently designed beer labels (Commemorative Bier) for The City of Visalia and County of Tulare for the celebrating of its Sesquicentennial (150th) Anniversary. Mr. Solorio has also collected field data, signal timings, and analyzed traffic data for Traffic Impact Studies.
