LAND
USE PLANNING
TPG has vast experience in land planning, including the procurement
of land use entitlements, providing visions for future land use, parking
management plans, and trail plans. Some examples include:
ENVIRONMENTAL
TPG Consulting provides environmental impact analyses that are sensitive
to issues and concerns on a local and regional basis. The firm prepares
environmental documents in a manner which meets all requirements of
the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the State CEQA guidelines
as interpreted by the State Resource Agencies, legislature and courts.
TPG also provides analysis and documentation in conformance with the
requirements of the Federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
