Established in 1986 by Principal Charles Clouse, TPG Consulting, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm, offering a wide range of experience in ENGINEERING, PLANNING and TRANSPORTATION services. TPG is headquartered in Visalia, and has offices in Fresno, San Luis Obispo, Texas and Colorado. TPG has a committed, growing staff of professionals providing consultant services through its Engineering, Planning and Transportation Divisions. Together, TPG's officers and division managers have more than 95 years of experience.

TPG emphasizes a client oriented focus, being accessible and responsive to its clients, while providing superior attention to detail.

Project objectives, governmental requirements and client needs are met through a strong emphasis on communication. Personnel are familiar with a multi-disciplinary team approach, demanding schedules and intense field efforts. Reports are written to withstand peer, agency, public and legal scrutiny. Officers and senior staff members are actively involved in all phases of TPG Consulting's work.

In June 2007, TPG was named the 2007 Small Business of the Year by the Visalia Chamber of Commerce. In addition, TPG's Planning Division received an Award of Excellence from the California Chapter American Planning Association (CCAPA) - Central Section. TPG earned first place honors in the Focused Issue Planning category for their preparation of the Cross County Path Plan for the Kings County Association of Governments. The CCAPA Awards Program encourages quality in planning and increases the public's awareness of the planning profession by recognizing outstanding achievement in the planning field.
